By accessing and using the website www.dataplex.co.za and the services provided by DataPlex (Company Registration No: 2020/546952/07), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
DataPlex provides Web Development, Database Architecture, PC Building, and IT Consulting. The scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be agreed upon in a formally signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or project quote prior to commencement of work.
All quotes are provided in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. A deposit is typically required before work commences, with the remainder due upon completion or according to milestones established in your specific project contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension of services.
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DataPlex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Custom code or solutions built for a client become the intellectual property of the client only upon full and final payment of the project invoice.
While we strive for excellence, DataPlex shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. For custom hardware (PC builds), standard manufacturer warranties apply to individual parts.
This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the appropriate courts within the Republic of South Africa.
